Topshop Striped High Waist Culottes!

Hi Everyone!  As always it's been too long since my last fashion post.  I just love these Topshop culottes for (1) they are vertical striped and (2) they are high waisted which together makes you look taller and thinner (isn't that what we all want...lol!)  I paired them with this cute ruffle blouse from Gap.
