Age Erasers For Women

Hi Everyone!  Thank you so much for stopping in...I am posting 5 age erasers for women and starting with number 1 below!

1.  Ohhhh how I love this one!  I could actually be the poster child for chewing gum...lol!  I have gum in every bag I carry, gym bag, car and by my kitchen sink.  I love.  Love.  Love gum.  My favorite is Mentos peppermint.  Peppermint is also a great stress reducer (one of my college instructor's would hand out those red and white striped peppermint candies before an exam).
According to Andrew Scholey, Ph.D. of Swinburne University of Technology said people who chomped during a mild stress test had 16% less of the hormone cortisol than those who took the test gum-free.  Their attention and memory scores also increased.  Chewing gum boosts blood flow to the jaw and perhaps the brain.  Added oxygen may boost mental sharpness, and if you're on top of your game you'll feel less stressed!  Okay ladies, I'm loving my gum even more!  P.S.  lol...my Bichon Khloe is looking out the door!

2.  Oh ladies how I'm loving this one since I'm bad at it!  Esthetician Lydia Sarfati (founder of Repechage, a line of spa beauty products) says [when new skin cells are exposed to the elements before they're ready, skin becomes fragile and looks aged]  she explains it's especially important to avoid harsher forms of exfoliation such as microdermabrasion, highly concentrated chemical peels and laser resurfacing, she added.  She said to just opt for a gentle facial scrub 2-3 times per week.  Yes!!!!!

3.  Ladies this isn't some Thomas Kinkade drawing it's where I walk and I love it so much!  This is a paved trail and a natural brain booster and it's free!
My favorite exercise is walking and they say being exposed to nature may improve your memory and like I said it's free...who doesn't love a bargain!  The smell and being surrounded by nature  is the greatest.  According to Marc G. Berman, M.S.E. volunteers took a short-term memory test and recalled 20% more when surrounded by nature (but not after they walked on streets).  Nature captures our attention without requiring much thought, so the brain can rest.  I understand sometimes it's not feasible to be out but when weather permits it beats the gym!

4.  Get You D ladies!  The sunshine vitamin...I could talk forever on this vitamin it is cheap and besides fights diseases like cancer, cardio vascular and diabetes, reduces depression the hormone calcitroil (vitamin D's active form may promote cancer cell death) according to Sarah Gandini, Ph.D.  I love natural homopathic medicine whenever possible and I take 3,000 mg per day, you cannot overdose.  If you feel you're coming down with the flu take more!

5.  Shades of Love...Lol (not talking sunglasses)!  This one I also love it justifies my monthly expense  to my hairdresser for covering my grey roots oh also some free psychiatric advice to boot!  Study volunteers rated how alluring they felt before and after coloring their hair.  Post-colorfest, the women's feelings of confidence and attractiveness shot up no matter what the shade.  So ladies walk in with pride the price is worth every cent!
If your hair is done properly and you're wearing good shoes, you can get away with anything!
Again, thank you all for stopping by.  My prayers are with all the hurricane victims, I pray they all get back to their homes quickly and so thankful for the health care and rescue units and everyone who are reaching out...God bless them all!  xoxo Karen
