Funfetti Pop!

Hello Everyone!  Thank you for checking in..I had to share this recipe!  I thought this would be great for Easter to tuck in Easter baskets..but also great for a Birthday celebration also!  This is made with a Funfetti cake mix and will satisfy your craving for something sweet and crunchy!  Here is the recipe!  xoxo Karen

1 bag of microwave popcorn
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/8 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup funfetti cake mix
However many rainbow sprinkles you like!
-Pop the popcorn in the microwave and remove all un popped kernels.
-Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave.  Watch them carefully and stir occasionally.
-Stir in vegetable oil (I used olive oil)  to the melted white chocolate chips until smooth.
-Add funfetti cake mix to the chocolate mixture.  Stir well.
-Drizzle the mixture over the popcorn and carefully mix it all together with fingers.
-Spread the popcorn onto a wax lined cookie sheet sprinkle on top.
-Put the popcorn in the fridge 5 minutes to harden.
-Break up and serve in pretty bowls!
-Enjoy!
