Chocolate Coconut No Bake Energy Bites
Hi Everyone!! Thank you so much for checking my blog..I just had to share this awesome recipe it's from @ivetthutson of instagram and she does utubes for delicious healthy recipes also an amazing beauty blogger..so please check her on IG and utube.
This is so quick and easy, good healthy ingredients..such a nice snack for when you want to reach for something sweet but healthy!!
Here we go!
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tbl chia seeds
1 tsp almond extract
Mix together..you may need to use your hands..roll into small balls (tbl size) 14-15 balls..after you get them made pop in fridge about 10 minutes..then they are ready! I just store them in a Ziploc bag..thank you so much for checking out this recipe! xoxo Karen
