Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies!
I've always been a fan of Valentines day! I remember always bringing a shoebox to school and having a contest for the best decorated box..such cozy sweet memories! I am not a huge fan of baking..the simpler the better..so when I saw this three ingredient recipe on Pinterest..I had to try! Super, duper Easy!!
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
3. Mix peanut butter, egg, and sugar together until smooth
4. Roll spoonfuls of the cookie dough in balls, and place on cookie sheet
5. Press down tops of dough balls with a fork until desired size
6. For Valentines day use a heart shaped cookie cutter to shape pressed down cookies..I sprinkled Valentine sprinkles on top...you may want to watch while they bake..recipe said 8-10 minutes but I left in 7 minutes..peanut butter cookies tend to burn easy..also if the dough is to soft to handle..put in fridge a few minutes or sprinkle a little flour in! Again super, duper easy!
